I heard the first Robin of the new year yesterday...a true sign that Spring is near! Snow is great around the holidays, however, its time to have warmer weather. My favorite college basketball team has a good chance of finishing in first place.
Since I quit smoking...over one year ago, now...I feel much better. Not only do I anticipate living a good while longer...I don't have the breathing issues I had before. Also, my home state is going smoke free, it has proven to be good timing. Had I not quit, I would have not been allowed to smoke at any of my favorite eateries.
Yesterday, I received a nice package from my mother - a wooden, battery-operated wall clock that I had made her while I was in highschool. It will adorn our kitchen wall!
